The Cannabis Compensation Survey is produced in accordance with federal guidelines that are meant to protect anonymity and ensure unbiased results.  Data is collected via a secure transfer protocol and remains 100% confidential.

We collect organization-wide data only.  No individual/sole employee submissions are accepted per federal guidelines. We are currently collecting data from organizations involved in the cultivation, manufacturing, distribution, and retail of cannabis and cannabis-products.  Ancillary services are not included.

New to salary survey participation?  We are grateful to have you.  Submitting data requires a little effort from everyone and can take around 1-2 hours to complete, depending on the size of your organization.

What do we collect?

• Company information – location, revenue, headcount – for demographic reporting
• Employee information – job titles, locations, pay amounts
  Note: we DO NOT collect any personal information such as names, home addresses, or SSNs
  

What is required when submitting?

• Entering job titles and corresponding pay data (this may be copy/pasted from an existing spreadsheet)
• Matching each job to the survey benchmark job codes and entering those codes accordingly

We will provide detailed instructions when the Data Submission Kits (DSKs) are distributed.
